For a while now, people have asked me some version of the same question: “Do you have anything I can work through on my own, between sessions — or if I’m not ready for coaching yet?”
So I built something. Actually, I built eleven somethings.
What’s in the shop
Over the past several months, I’ve put together a full library of workbooks and guides — each one grounded in the same belief I bring to every coaching conversation: you are already whole, and you don’t have to walk any of this alone.
Here’s what’s there:
For recovery and spirituality
- Find Your Footing — a six-week grounding workbook covering meditation, honesty, daily inventory, and goal-setting
- Surrender, Again and Again — a six-week practice in surrender, daily meditation, and the Serenity Prayer
- Twelve Steps, One Walk — a biblical companion through the twelve steps, one full page per step
- The Promises — a biblical reflection on the promises of recovery
- Resilience & Grace — a short lesson on turning hardship into healing
For relationships and grief
- Where I Stand — a six-week boundaries and relationships workbook
- What Love Leaves Behind — a six-week grief companion workbook
For daily wellness and practice
- Whole Body, Whole Recovery — a guide to health and wellness that actually supports recovery
- Daily Inventory: A Step Ten Check-In — a printable daily reflection sheet
- My Decree to Myself — a personal declaration worksheet, with a values word bank and a morning-and-evening surrender practice
- Gratitude, Rewired — the science and spirit of a daily gratitude practice, with a copyable journal page
Why I made these
Coaching sessions are powerful, but they’re not the only time healing happens. Most of the real work happens in the ordinary hours between sessions — the quiet mornings, the hard evenings, the moments you need a tool and not just a conversation.
These workbooks are what I’d hand you if we were sitting across from each other and you asked, “What do I do next?”
The Whole Path Bundle
If more than one of these speaks to you, I’ve bundled all eleven together at $75 — significantly less than buying them one at a time.
You don’t have to know exactly which season you’re in to start. Pick whatever title catches your attention first. That’s usually the right one.
As always — you don’t have to walk this alone.
— Trina
